2009 Program
We have an exciting program of workshops and socials for the rest of this year:

Sep. 22: Organizations as Living Systems
3:00 - 6:00 pm

As long as we see our organizations as a collection of “human resources” instead of seeing them as “living systems”, we will fail to tap into the spirit and collective intelligence of our people. It is akin to managing timber resources instead of a forest. The forest is so much more and so it declines. The question becomes how do we actually do this beyond keeping the metaphor in mind? Come to this workshop to experience a tool that you can use to routinely tap into the collective intelligence and wisdom of your living system, whether it is your team, board, partnership, or whole organization.

Nov. 5: Resilience Enabled Leadership: Turning Crisis Into Opportunity
Breakfast Workshop

Discover what successful corporate leaders are doing to understand and apply Resilience development techniques to benefit their bottom line. During the workshop, we will explore Resilience development techniques available to leaders in today's turbulent times, how can application of simple Resilience development techniques positively impact the bottom line, how leaders can identify the potential for resilience enabled leadership in their own organizations.
