About my company:
I engage teams to use their creativity, diversity and experience to find practical solutions to work smarter together.

About me

In the late 1980’s I managed Employee Assistance Programs in Atlanta and trained supervisors from insurance, government and manufacturing.

As an HR consultant at Mututal Life during its transition to Clarica (now Sun Life), I consulted on change management and facilitated team and leadership development learning programs.

I designed & taught Facilitating Team & Group Dynamics at Conestoga College for the post-graduate Applied Organizational Leadership and Development program.  At Toyota I helped leaders identify which team environments both support & suppress innovation.

My client list includes: Manulife Financial, NCR, KPMG, The Laurier Institute, Ontario Public Service, Legal Aid Ontario, City of Waterloo, Arca Financial, Ceridian LifeWorks for RIM, Volvo, RBC, Aviva Insurance, Novocol Pharmaceutical, Niagara Falls Hydro and others.

TODN Community

I am passionate about:
Helping individuals and teams discover their own strengths.

I want from TODN:
An opportunity to learn from others and share what I know.

I want to contribute to TODN:
Because I just joined TODN, I first want to learn about the needs of the organization and its members before I can see how I can contribute.
