Linda Hoopes, President of Resilience Alliance, is on a mission to bring more positivity into the tools and practices of organizational change. In 25+ years of work in the field, she has identified a strong and unconscious bias to frame much of what we do in negative terms: gaps, risks, failure rates, resistance, etc. While this perspective can be valuable, she believes that power, energy and competitive advantage come from consciously incorporating a more positive point of view. In this webinar, she will highlight five specific, practical ways to add positivity to your work.

Speaker's Bio:

Linda Hoopes is an author, speaker, and consultant who helps individuals, teams, and organizations learn to thrive in turbulence. She incorporates a wide range of perspectives in her work, including a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology, 15+ years working with change expert Daryl Conner, 20+ years of studying and writing about resilience, certification as a massage therapist, and her passions for travel, music, sailboat racing, and photography. One of her super powers is taking complex ideas and expressing them in elegant, practical ways. She is the author of two books including Prosilience: Building Your Resilience for a Turbulent World, which won the EPIC 2018 e-book award in the nonfiction category.
