MELISSA HARTLEY
President
Melissa brings significant experience in delivering talent management solutions. Melissa's reputation for excellent consulting, partnering and presentation skills have gained her the trust of associates and leaders to deliver results in developing their talent for the organizations current reality and for their future.
She has a Masters in Leadership from Royal Roads University and is certified in many OD tools such as Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI), EQi 2.0, Belbin Team Roles, Conversational Intelligence, MBTI and High Impact Evaluation. Melissa is passionate about bringing innovative, leading practices to developing leaders and their teams to help them align their resources with delivering ont heir objectives.
JACQUE BRUNO
Membership Director
Jacquelyn has over 20 years of organization development experience in global Fortune 500 companies developing teams, managing complex organizational change, and serving as a trusted advisor and coach to executive leaders and their teams.
As such, she has spent enough time in putty-coloured meeting rooms to understand that we can't expect extraordinary results from ordinary conventions. Whether it is through individual coaching, small team experiences or extended leadership team gatherings, Jacquelyn leans into immersive, experiential and unexpected practices to more readily get to the meaningful conversations that will elevate performance.
Jacquelyn is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. Her certifications include Prosci Change Management, Core Strengths (SDI), Hogan Assessments and the Birkman Method. She holds her Masters of Organization Development from Pepperdine University.
MANASI RATHOD
Finance Director
Manasi carries substantial knowledge in deciphering a business vision into Human Resources programs to extemporize performance, profitability, and progression. She has a Masters in Human Resources Development and Management from Mumbai University and has been acknowledged in various OD tools like Employee Value Proposition, Learning and Development, OD interventions, training programs, and vendor management. Manasi has been serving in the Human Resource services for more than a decade with a plethora of experience in strategic planning and change management, which embraces the balance of her work today.
JANE VUCEVIC
Marketing Director
Jane Vucevic, Masters in Science and Organization Development, is a seasoned OD professional. She has driven strategic change initiatives for organizations in Toronto as well as Asia Pacific, South America and Europe. Her knowledge and experiences encompasses a wide range of industries including Financial, IT, Manufacturing. Automotive, Gas and Healthcare. With her, most current accomplishment completing and publishing a research study involving Psychological safety on a change initiative. She holds a Master in Science and Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. She is always open to a conversation and forging new connections.
IRMA AVILA
Communication Director
A Talent and Organizational Development specialist experienced in talent development & learning, change management, coaching and team building.
As an HR consultant Irma designed, launched and managed programs on employee training, performance evaluation, and change implementation. For more than 10 years she built and led global teams, establishing strategic partnerships and expanding business in new territories. Experience in sales and leadership roles established the foundation of business strategy and operations. Irma’s goal is to combine HR experience with business acumen and help organizations achieve a ripple effect - build highly engaging and performing cultures.
Irma holds a Master in Organisational Psychology and an MBA
HILARY LOUDON
Programing Director
Hilary is an inclusive leader with experience creating sustainable and inspired change in individuals, organizations and systems. In her OD practice, she believes in re-humanizing organizations through powerful questions and co-created dialogue. She has consulted internationally for large multinational corporations across a range of industries including non-profit, technology, healthcare, environmental and hospitality. Hilary believes in imagining what is possible and creating environments where we can bring our full selves to work every day.
She holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine
University.
WILL MATTHEWS
Digital Experience Director
Will’s winding career path has taken him from multimedia developer, to post-production editor, to IT Manager, to company culture cultivator and engagement guru, to career development specialist and mentor. It has provided him with a unique perspective on a broad variety or organizations and industries, and an aptitude for connecting the dots between disparate concepts.
He currently focusses on creating an inclusive management and leadership development experience that begins from a new team member's first day with the organization. He develops and facilitates growth and development learning content for the virtual and in-person classrooms alike, as well as manages a portfolio of onboarding, leadership, management and performance programming. He graduated with a specialist degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Toronto.
