About the Event

Teams are the future of work. Collective intelligence will be more critical as organizations reshape their culture to be more agile and to support new ways of working. Unfortunately for many teams, the pandemic has created challenges that have hampered team performance. Join us for an interactive session to explore the value of “team resets” and the opportunity to “team better”. Teams can benefit from resets when team membership changes; after periods of major disruption (e.g. COVID); team members request one or the launch of new programs and services. OD practitioners have an incredible opportunity to support leaders and teams and to enable them to improve their capacity and team effectiveness.

We will explore together:

  • The benefits of “team resets” to “team better”
  • Challenges facing teams in adapting to new models of work
  • Guidelines for team resets post-pandemic
  • Supporting team leaders
  • Cultivating team resilience to manage ongoing change
